What To Do Where to Go

Located in Boat of Garten village, near Aviemore, Fairview is a family owned and run rental property. The house was recently refurbished and comprises two spacious three bedroomed, semi detached houses.  The owners live in the back house and are a fund of local knowledge. The living room/kitchen is open plan with a wood burning stove.

The side garden, with table and chairs, catches the sun in the morning and afternoon.  Red squirrels can be seen every day.  The forest paths lead down to the River Spey.

Fairview is next door to Andersons restaurant which has gained a reputation as one of the finest restaurants in the Aviemore area.  The Boat Hotel is five minutes walk.

The property is well served by local shops and a post office which have an excellent range of local produce.
